Terms of Service
These terms explain how Bumio can be used, how subscriptions work, and the responsibilities that come with generating and publishing games.
Acceptance of terms
By using Bumio, you agree to these terms and any plan-specific billing rules shown during checkout.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, and account actions taken through your workspace, including anything shared with collaborators.
Acceptable use
You may not use Bumio to create illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, or malicious content, scrape the platform at scale, or attempt to extract underlying model or training data.
Ownership of AI output
You retain ownership of the prompts and game output you create. Bumio may use anonymized prompt and generation patterns to improve the service unless an opt-out flow is provided in your account settings later.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime, and partial months are not refunded unless required by law.
Limitation of liability
Bumio is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bumio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or generated output.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without limiting any consumer protections that apply in your home jurisdiction.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Bumio after a material update means you accept the revised terms.
